Since we’re exactly two months out from launch, I’m thrilled to share all the details on where you can preorder a signed and personalized copy of Under the Surface (my Paris catacombs survival thriller coming out August 13!) and get all the sparkly goodies. And since you’re subscribed to my newsletter, you’re also getting an early look at the casing, map, and full jacket reveal.
Where to preorder Under the Surface (three options!)
OPTION 1: Preorder your copy autographed and personalized and get free bonus items: an Eiffel Tower charm necklace and a stunning silver-foil signed bookmark from Trident Booksellers in Boston. The necklace is exclusively available at Trident, while supplies last. I’ve already had to reorder supplies but since these are hand-assembled by yours truly and I’m on deadline for Book 5, once this batch of necklaces run out, they’re gone. So please order your copy ASAP to make sure you get one! Also specify how you’d like me to personalize your copy in the Notes section upon checkout. I’ll be going into the store on August 12 to sign these copies, so that’ll be the final day to get any orders in.

OPTION 2: If you’d rather support your own local indie bookstore, check out this list of 80+ participating independent bookstores who are including an autographed bookplate sticker and silver-foil bookmark with each order. This is an excellent way for readers outside the US to get their copy signed (via the bookplate), since some of these stores ship internationally, including Books of Wonder and Mysterious Galaxy.

What the hardcover edition will look like
I’m so excited to show you this early! Please note that this will be available at ALL RETAILERS. So, for example, if you order Under the Surface from Amazon, you’ll be getting the Eiffel Tower deluxe foil stamp on your casing. Hooray! Note: I’m still waiting hear from my publisher whether these sparkly details will be for the first printing only, or if all subsequent printings will also have it. I tried to get this confirmation by today, but alas. Either way, as long as you get your preorder in ASAP, you’ll definitely get it.
Each hardcover copy will have:
